Meetings in healthcare are notoriously toxic or unproductive. Either by guided direct facilitation or a pre-event educational Scrub-In intervention — in an SMF-facilitated space — the Rules of Engagement are set before the procedure (the interaction) begins.
Protocol Name: The Sterile Field of Communication™

The Scrub-In Rules:
Asceptic Technique: All participants agree to leave outside grievances at the door. We focus only on the site (the specific problem at hand).
The Surgical Count: No voice is left unheard. Before a session concludes, we count the inputs to ensure 100% participation—preventing the retained object of a hidden resentment.
Point-of-Origin Resolution: Friction is addressed at the moment of detection. We don't allow infection to spread into the post-meeting hallways.
The Stop the Line Authority: Any participant, regardless of hierarchy, can Stop the Line if they feel the Sterile Field of psychological safety has been breached.
